摘要
目的:分析与研究帕金森痴呆的药物治疗方式与近期临床效果。方法:选择2015年9月-2016年9月于我院医治的124例帕金森痴呆患者临床资料,按用药方案不同分2组,各62例,对照组于基础疗法行左旋多巴(0.125~0.25 g,tid)治疗,观察组于基础疗法行盐酸美金刚(在第一周,5 mg,qd;在第二周,5 mg,bid;在第三周10 mg,bid)治疗,比较组间疗效及炎性因子水平。结果 :观察组治疗4,8,12周的简易智力状态检查量表(MMSE)评分及蒙特利尔认知评估量表(Mo CA)评分均优于对照组(P<0.01);观察组治疗后白介素(IL)-1β、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)-α、干扰素(IFN)-γ指标水平均较对照组有所改善(P<0.01);观察组治疗期间不良反应率11.29%比对照组32.26%低(P<0.01)。结论 :盐酸美金刚医治帕金森痴呆的近期效果显著,可通过抑制炎症反应改善认知功能,且不良反应少。
Objective:To analyze the mode and short-term clinical effect of treatment of Parkinson disease by drugs.Methods:A total of 124 patients with Parkinson disease,who received therapy in People’s Hospital of Queshan County,Henan Province from September 2015 to September 2016 were divided into two groups,62 for each.The patients in control group were treated with levodopa(0.125~0.25 g,tid),while those in trial group with Namenda(from the first week,5 mg,qd;from the second week,5 mg,bid;from the third week,10 mg,bid),based on basic therapy.The curative effects and inflammatory factor levels in two groups were compared.Results:Both the MMSE and Mo CA scores in trial group 4,8 and 12 weeks after treatment were higher than those in control group(P<0.01).The IL-1β,TNF-αand IFN-γlevels in trial group after treatment were higher than those in control group(P<0.01).The adverse reaction rate in trial group during treatment were 11.29%,which was lower than that in control group(32.26%)(P<0.01).Conclusion:Namenda showed short-term curative effect on Parkinson disease,and improved the cognitive function by inhibiting inflammatory reaction,of which the incidence of adverse reactions decreased.
