摘要 用体外巨噬细胞移动抑制试验对不同肿瘤产生的具有相同生物学作用的抗巨噬细胞移动因子(Anti-Migration Factor,AMF)进行检测,结果许多不同来源的肿瘤产物中均存有AMF,证实AMF由肿瘤分泌。AMF是一种耐热的小分子蛋白,在pH 5~8范围内稳定,胰酶可使其灭活。AMF在体外对巨噬细胞移动的抑制作用与其浓度呈明显量效关系。 An anti-migration factor (AMF) secreted by growing tumor cells in vivo and in vitro were studied as well as some of its physicochemical and biological properties. The results show that AMF is a low molecular weight protein and heat-stable at 80℃ for 30 min , retains activity between pH 5-8, and is capable of being inactivated by trypsin. Biologically, AMF can inhibit migration of normal M φ in vitro, the degree of inhibition being related to tumor burden. The significance of AMF in tumor progression is discussed.
