摘要
优化调整专业结构是以职业教育供给侧改革为切入点和着力点,建设高水平高职院校及专业群、提高人才培养质量、破解企业'用工荒'与学生'就业难'的一项重要举措。高职院校专业结构的优化调整要针对目前专业设置与产业链或职业岗位群对接不畅、错位脱节等现实问题,以服务区域经济发展方式转变,协调推进人力资源开发与技术进步,促进招生就业、人才培养与产业转型升级联动配套为目标导向,以教育链、人才链与产业链、技术链、产品链、创新链耦合衔接为逻辑整合延拓,以'联邦型'专业结构为主模式,以'专业预测预警+专业认证评估→专业分类管理→专业群建设'为基本路径,聚力打造具有国际水准的品牌专业群。
Ameliorating and adjusting programs structure is an important measure to build high-level vocational colleges and programs groups,improve the quality of personnel training,crack the'labor shortage'of enterprises and the'employment difficulties'of students with the reform of vocational education supply side as the breakthrough and focus points.The optimization and adjustment of the programs structure of higher vocational colleges should aim at the current problems,such as the poor connection,dislocation and disconnection between the professional setting and the industrial chain or the group of professional posts,and take the following measures:To take serving the transformation of regional economic development mode,coordinating the promotion of human resource development and technological progress,promoting the linkage of enrollment,employment,talent training and industrial transformation and upgrading as the goal orientation;take the linkage of education and talent chains with industrial,technical,product and innovation chains as the logical integration and extension;take'federated'programs structure as the main mode;take'programs forecasting and early warning+programs certification and evaluation→programs classification management→programs group construction'as the basic path,so as to concentrate on building brand programs groups with international standards.
