摘要
"一带一路"的实施为广大高职院校国际商务专业的发展带来了新的机遇,同时又对国际商务专业国际化人才的培养提出了更高的标准及要求。本文首先分析"一带一路"的实施给国际商务人才带来的机遇和挑战,总结了"一带一路"背景下高职院校国际商务专业国际化人才培养的现状及问题,探索了构建符合"一带一路"人才需求的国际商务专业国际化人才培养模式。
Along with the implementation of the Belt and Road,there are new opportunities for international business majors in higher vocational colleges.On the other hand,the international talent training will meet higher standards and requirements.First of all,the paper analyses the opportunities and challenges for the talents of international business under the background of the Belt and Road.Based on the problems and current status of the international talent training in the international business majors,the paper constructs the training mode for international business talents in order to meet the requirements of talents under the background of the Belt and Road.
