摘要
目的探讨补脾益肾法防治小儿反复呼吸道感染(RRTI)的临床效果。方法将80例临床缓解期反复呼吸道感染患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组40例。对照组给予葡萄糖酸钙锌治疗,治疗组辨证给予补脾益肾法治疗,观察两组患儿治疗前后症状改善及免疫指标变化。结果治疗前治疗组与对照组免疫球蛋白水平检测结果对比无差异(P> 0.05);治疗后两组比较,治疗组各项结果均明显高于对照组,组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。治疗组总有效率为92.5%,明显高于对照组的72.5%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论补脾益肾法治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染具有良好的临床疗效,通过补脾益肾能明显提高脾肺气虚患儿的免疫指标水平,能够改善反复呼吸道感染患儿的免疫功能,从而对反复呼吸道感染起到防治的作用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of invigorating spleen for benefiting kidney method in the prevention and treatment of recurrent respiratory tract infection in children.Methods 80 children with recurrent respiratory tract infections in remission period were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with calcium and zinc gluconate,the treatment group was treated with invigorating spleen for benefiting kidney method according to syndrome differentiation.To observe the changes of symptoms and immune indexes of two groups of children before and after treatment.Results Before treatment,there was no difference in the results of immunoglobulin levels between the treatment group and control group(P>0.05).After treatment,the results of the treatment group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Statistics showed that the total effective rate of the treatment group was 92.5%,which was significantly higher than 72.5%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Invigorating spleen for benefiting kidney method has good clinical efficacy in treating children with recurrent respiratory tract infection.Invigorating spleen for benefiting kidney method can significantly improve the immune index level of children with qi deficiency of both spleen and lung,it can improve the immune function of children with recurrent respiratory tract infection,so as to prevent and treat recurrent respiratory tract infection.
