摘要
目的分析初乳口腔涂抹在极低出生体质量儿中的应用效果。方法选取家属积极送初乳并完成初乳口腔涂抹的患儿41例作为观察组,家属未能送初乳而使用生理盐水口腔涂抹的患儿41例作为对照组。评价2组肠内喂养进程、体质量增长速率以及外周静脉穿刺时疼痛情况。结果观察组完全经口喂养胎龄明显早于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);对照组有16(39.02%)例发生喂养不耐受,观察组有7(17.07%)例发生喂养不耐受,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,观察组体质量增长速率明显加快,早产儿疼痛量表(PIPP)评分明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论初乳口腔涂抹可加速极低出生体质量儿的肠内喂养进程,减少喂养不耐受的发生,促进体质量增长,减轻疼痛。
Objective To explore the application effect of oropharyngeal colostrum in extremely low birth weight infants. Methods Totally 41 infants receiving oropharyngeal colostrum that was sent by his parents actively were as observation group, while 41 infants receiving oropharyngealnormal saline due to absence of colostrums were as control group. The feeding process, rate of weight gain and pain at the time of peripheral venipuncture were evaluated between two groups. Results The gestational age of completely oral feeding in observation group was earlier than that in control group(P<0.01). In terms of the incidence of feeding intolerance, there were 16(39.02%) cases in control group and 7(17.07%) cases in observation group, and the significant difference was shown(P<0.05). Both the rate of weight gain and premature infant pain profile(PIPP) score in observation group were superior to those in control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Oropharyngeal colostrum can accelerate the enteral feeding process, decrease the risk of feeding intolerance, promote weight gain and relieve pain for extremely low birth weight infants.
