硫化铜和氧化锌复合薄膜的制备及其摩擦学性能研究

摘要 用一种简便的溶胶-凝胶法合成了硫化铜和氧化锌复合薄膜。复合薄膜的微结构、形貌和摩擦学性能分别用X-射线衍射仪、X-射线光电子能谱、原子力显微镜、扫描电子显微镜和UMT-2摩擦学性能测试仪研究。结果表明:所制备的复合薄膜具有均一和致密的六方晶型氧化锌相,薄膜显示出良好的抗磨减摩性能,特别是5%摩尔比例掺杂的硫化铜具有最好的效果,磨痕图片表明薄膜的摩擦机理是轻微的擦伤、黏着磨损。 Cu S-Zn O nanocomposite films were fabricated by a simple sol-gel process. The microstructure,morphology,and tribological properties of the prepared films were studied by X-ray diffractometry( XRD),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy( XPS),atomic force microscopy( AFM),scanning electron microscopy( SEM) and UMT-2 tribometer. Results show that the films are uniform and compact with hexagonal Zn O phase. The films show excellent wear resistance and friction reduction performance. In particular,the molar ratio of 5% Cu S of sample 'c'obtains the best result. Frictional trace observation suggests that the wear mechanism of the film has slight scuffing,adhesion and abrasion.
