330kV开关型零损耗故障限流装置的研制及人工短路试验 被引量:13

摘要 装设故障限流装置是解决日益严重电网短路电流超标问题的有效技术措施之一,利用智能快速开关技术、短路电流过零点快速预测及精确相控开断技术研制一套330 k V开关型零损耗电网故障限流装置。该装置采用模块化设计方法,使正常运行时损耗为零,且短路故障发生20 ms内,则可将80 k A及以下的短路电流限制在系统断路器的安全开断水平,从而实现任意深度的故障限流;装置成功用在330 k V线路上,通过带电、挂网运行和2次人工单相瞬时短路试验,验证装置满足安全性、有效性和可靠性的要求,同时结构简单合理,成本低廉且占地面积小。 Fault current Limiter is one of the efficient technological measures to solve the increasingly serious problem of excessive short-circuit current. A 330 kV switch-type no-loss fault current limiter based on intelligent fast switch technique and short-circuit current zero crossing point fast prediction and accurate phase control breaking technology is developed. Limiting short-circuit current of 80 kA and below to a safe breaking level within 20 ms is realized by the device based on modular design method, which realizes no-loss during normal operation and fault current limiting of any depth. The device is successfully used in the 330 kV line, and the safety, effectiveness and reliability of the device which has simple structure, low cost and small footprint are verified through field operation and two single-phase transient short-circuit experiment.
