摘要
2005年7月21日,央行宣布将人民币汇率形成机制由以往的钉住美元改为参考一篮子货币有管理的浮动制度。同时,理论界对人民币汇率形成机制需要退出盯住单一美元而转向更富弹性汇率制度也几乎达成了共识。但就目前改革运行的情况来看,还存在很多问题,还需进一步改革和完善人民币汇率制度。
On July 21,2005,the People’s Bank of China announced it would shift its exchange rate system from a traditional dollar peg to a"loose"currency basket system.Many scholars had the same view that RMB exchange rate regime should be changed from petting dollar to a more flexible exchange rate regime.But noticing the performance of this reform at present, there are still existing many problems,which need the future exchange rate reform.
