摘要
Mircro RNA(mi RNAs)通过与信使RNA(m RNA)的序列互补来降解靶m RNA并抑制蛋白质翻译,在细胞增殖、分化、发育和凋亡等方面起着重要的作用。许多mi RNA可作为原癌基因或抑癌基因,在肿瘤的发生和发展中发挥重要作用。越来越多的研究表明,微mi R-135(mi R-135)与肿瘤的发生发展密切相关,本文主要对近年来mi R-135参与调节肿瘤细胞增殖、凋亡、侵袭、转移、耐药和预后等方面的机制作一综述,期望能对肿瘤的早期诊断、治疗和预后判断有所帮助。
Micro RNAs(mi RNAs) are involved in the degradation of messenger RNAs(m RNAs) or translation inhibition by binding to the 3'-UTR of target m RNAs. Accumulated evidences have shown that mi RNAs play crucial roles in cell proliferation, differentiation, development and apoptosis, etc. Also, mi RNAs play important roles in tumorigenesis and tumor development by acting as oncogenes or tumor suppressor genes. Increasing studies have shown that micro RNA-135(mi R-135) is closely related to the occurrence of cancer. Therefore, this paper will review the mechanisms of mi R-135 involving in tumor cell proliferation, apoptosis, invasion, metastasis, drug-resistance and prognosis. Hopefully it is useful to the early diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of tumor.
