摘要
目的:探讨学校氛围对青少年社会适应的影响机制。方法:采用青少年社会适应评估问卷、学校氛围问卷、幸福感指数量表(IWB)和积极心理品质问卷对936名中学生进行问卷调查。结果:①主观幸福感在学校氛围与社会适应间起着中介作用;②个体积极心理品质调节了学校氛围通过主观幸福感对社会适应产生影响的中介过程。结论:学校氛围对青少年社会适应的影响是一个有调节的中介过程,学校氛围既可以直接影响青少年社会适应,也可以通过主观幸福感影响青少年社会适应,个体积极心理品质会增强学校氛围对其主观幸福感和社会适应的影响。
Objective:To explore the influence mechanism of school atmosphere on social adjustment in adolescents.Methods:A sample of 936 adolescents was recruited in the study to complete Social Adjustment of adolescent Scale,the Scale of School Climate,Index of Well-Bell,the Positive Mental Character Scale for Chinese School Students.Results:①Subject well-being played a mediating role between school climate and adolescents social adjustment.②the positive mental character moderated the mediating effect of school climate on social adjustment.Conclusion:The influence of school climate on the social adjustment is a mediating process,the school climate affects the social adjustment of adolescents directly,and directly through subjective well-being.
