摘要
塔器在化工设备中是至关重要的单元设备,所以塔器的主体和裙座选型、选材及其制造要求严格按照相应的标准来设计,而且塔器的结构设计中的问题也要引起重视,通过这台塔器来加深理解,塔器的划类、选材、无损检测、特殊的结构设计、热处理及其外形允许偏差,对于其设计中需要注意的问题。
Tower vessels are vital units in chemical equipment,so the model selection,materials selection and manufacture of tower vessels' main body and skirt must be designed strictly according to the relevant standards,and the problems in structural design also need to be brought to the forefront.Through this tower vessel we can deepen the understanding of tower vessels' categories,materials selection,NDT(nondestructive testing),special structural design,heat treatment and its shape allowable deviation,and the problems needing to be noticed in design.
