摘要
维生素B12由微生物发酵获得,因其发酵液成分复杂且浓度较低,故提取过程长且复杂。生产过程中不可避免会受到其它微生物的污染,所以产品中会有一定量的内毒素。为了注射用药的安全,必须使用低内毒素的产品,笔者经过反复试验研究出了一个能有效降低维生素B12内毒素的方法。
VB12 is obtained from microbial fermentation, the composition of fermentation liquid is complex and the concentration is low, so the extraction process is long and complex. The production process will be contaminated by other microbe inevitably, there is amount of endotoxin in the product. In order to protect the injection drug safety, the low endotoxin product should be used, the writer studied out a method which can reduce VB12 endotoxin effectively.
