摘要
目的分析超声检查对社区老年人群甲状腺疾病的诊断价值。方法以2016年1月至2018年6月间社区170名行甲状腺超声健康查体的老年人为对象,对所有对象实施超声检查,诊断其疾病类型。结果本组170名老年人中,甲状腺发生病变者92例,甲状腺疾病发生率为54.12%,其中,结节性甲状腺肿瘤43例,甲状腺亢进20例,弥漫性甲状腺病变15例,甲状腺瘤12例,甲状腺癌2例。病理检查结果中,甲状腺疾病发生率为56.47%。结论对社区老年人群采用超声诊断,可尽早发现其甲状腺疾病做到尽早治疗,且操作简单,应用价值巨大。
Objective To analyze diagnostic value of ultrasonography in thyroid diseases of community elderly.Methods Treat 170 cases elderly people with thyroid ultrasound examination from January 2016 to June 2018 in community as study objects.Examine them with ultrasound to diagnose type of thyroid diseases.Results Among 170 elderly people,92 cases had thyroid lesions with thyroid diseases incidence of 54.12%,43 cases had nodular thyroid tumors,20 cases had hyperthyroidism,15 cases had diffuse thyroid lesions,12 cases had thyroid tumors and 2 cases had thyroid cancer.Incidence of thyroid diseases was 56.47%.Conclusion Ultrasound diagnosis can detect and treat thyroid diseases as early as possible,which is easy to operate and of great application value.
