摘要
目的探讨护理工作在早孕药物流产患者中的作用和意义。方法选取于2009年3月至2012年6月200例来我院行药物流产的早孕患者的临床资料,并进行相应的心理护理和一般护理等。结果在所有200例进行药物流产的患者中,完全流产的患者164例,占82.0%,不完全流产的患者26例,占13.0%,流产失败的患者10例,占5.0%。结论加强药物流产的护理工作可有效提高患者的药物流产成功率,具有十分重要的临床意义。
Objective To investigate the role and significance of the nursing work in the first trimester medical abortion patients.Methods Clinical data of 200 early pregnancy patients was taken with medical abortion,and psychological care and general care.Results In all 200 cases of patients in medical abortion,complete abortion patients was 164 cases,accounting for 82.0%,26 cases incomplete abortion patients(13.0%),10 cases of abortion failure patients,accounting for 5.0%.Conclusion strengthening the care of the medical abortion can effectively improve the success rate of the patient’s medical abortion,which has important clinical significance.
