P53,MMP-2,E-cadherin在胃癌侵袭与转移中的作用及研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 胃癌是危胁人类健康的主要疾病之一,胃癌的发生发展是一个多阶段多步骤和多基因参与的复杂的过程,大量研究证明,至少20种基因与胃癌有关[1]。在演变的过程中,既有癌基因的激活,也有抑癌基因的失活,癌基因、抑癌基因的协同作用参与胃癌的发生、发展。癌细胞的侵袭和转移是癌症患者的主要死亡原因之一,是恶性肿瘤最基本的生物学特征。
