摘要 为了更好地了解国外蜂产品质量安全的研究情况,加强消化吸收国外的最新研究成果,侧重介绍了蜂产品的污染源、污染物和真实性检测。其中,主要污染源包括微生物、农药残留、重金属及其他。尤其在农药残留中介绍了有机氯和有机磷农药、红霉素、磺酰胺抗生素、林可霉素、泰乐菌素、新烟碱类杀虫剂和大环内酯类抗生素的研究情况;在其他污染源中介绍了内分泌干扰物双酚A和F、蓝蓟(E.plantagineum)属生物碱和吡咯里西啶类生物碱(PA)。另外,在真实性检测中,介绍了特异性天然同位素分馏核磁共振技术、指纹图谱和双果糖酐(DFA)衍生化法。通过对国外蜂产品质量安全有关信息的阐述,希望有利于国内同行借鉴和参考。 In order to better understand the quality and safety of foreign bee research, to enhance the digestion and absorption of foreign latest research, focusing introduces pollution sources, pollutants and authenticity detection bee. Among them, the major sources of pollution, including microbes, pesticide residues, heavy metals and others. In particular, describes the case study of organochlorine and organophosphorus pesticides, erythromycin, sulfonamide antibiotics, lincomycin, tylosin, neonicotinoid pesticides and pesticide residues in macrolide antibiotics in; describes the endocrine disruptors bisphenol A and F in other sources, the blue thistle(E. plantagineum) alkaloids and pyrrolizidine alkaloids(PA). In addition, the authenticity of the test, introduced specific natural isotopic fractionation nuclear magnetic resonance technology, fingerprinting and double-fructose anhydride(DFA) derivatization. Through the elaboration of information about the quality and safety of bee products abroad, hoping in favor of domestic peer learning and reference.
