医学生乙肝防治知识强化教育方法研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的比较不同乙肝防治知识强化教育方法对医学生的干预效果,探索适合医学生的乙肝防治知识强化教育方法。方法招募上海某高校医学院2007~2010级的医学生共175人,分为阅读组、视频组和阅读+视频组,进行乙肝防治知识强化教育。通过干预前后知识问卷自填,以乙肝防治知识得分为主要评价指标进行干预效果评价。结果干预前平均得分为(38.21±6.07)分,干预后平均得分为(41.22±5.11)分,干预后得分显著高于干预前(t=6.844,P<0.001);阅读组、视频组、视频+阅读组干预后总得分均显著高于干预前(P<0.05),分别为(41.43±5.21)分vs(37.66±7.06)分、(41.13±4.59)分vs(39.26±4.27)分、(40.47±6.63)分vs(36.76±6.56)分;3种干预方式问卷总得分增加值无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论在医学生中开展多种形式的乙肝强化教育,均可以有效地提高医学生乙肝防治知识水平。 Objective To compare the effect of different intensive educational models onhepatitis B,and explore the suitable intervention method for medical students. Methods 175 subjects were recruited from one medical college in Shanghai and were stratified by grade and major. Respondents with the same grade and major were randomly divided into three groups( reading group,video group,reading + videogroup), knowledge education on hepatitis B prevention and treatment was conducted after the pre-test. One week after the intervention,post-test questionnaires were distributed. The effect evaluation was measured mainly by the scores of pre-test and post-test questionnaires. Results The score was( 38. 21± 6. 07) before the intervention,the score was( 41. 22 ± 5. 11) after intervention,the score after the intervention was significantly higher than the score before the intervention( t = 6. 844,P < 0. 001). The scores of the reading group,the video group,and the group of reading + video after the intervention were significantly higher than the scores before intervention respectively( P < 0. 05),( 41. 43 ± 5. 21) vs( 37. 66 ± 7. 06),( 41. 13 ± 4. 59) vs( 39. 26 ± 4. 27),( 40. 47 ± 6. 63)vs( 36. 76 ± 6. 56). There was no significant difference among the increased scores of three intervention group( P > 0. 05).Conclusion Carrying out various forms of hepatitis B intensive education for medical students can effectively improve their knowledge of it.
