摘要
激光扫描共聚焦显微镜(Confocal laser scanning microscope,CLSM)的Position功能,即多视野扫描,可以自动对多个指定视野进行图像拍摄。为充分利用CLSM的功能,提高仪器的应用效果,文章介绍了使用Zeiss LSM880 Position功能的两项小技巧,一是应用Position的定位功能,实现低倍镜下找好视野后直接切换到高倍镜;二是应用Position的定位功能实现复位。CLSM在生物医学领域应用十分广泛,灵活运用仪器软件功能,会大大提高工作效率,从而更好地服务于科研。
The position function of confocal laser scanning microscope(CLSM)refers to multidimensional acquisition,which is used to take images of a specimen at a freely defined position.In this article,two application skills of the position of Zeiss LSM880 are introduced for the sake of making full use of the functions of confocal laser scanning microscope(CLSM)and improve the application of this instrument:realizing the direct switch from low magnification to high magnification with the positioning function after a good view is obtained and achieving direct reset with the positioning function.CLSM is widely used in biomedical field,hence,the flexible application of the software functions of the instrument will greatly improve the efficiency of research work and serve it better.
