摘要
针对卷筒旋向制造错误后出现钢丝绳跳槽与凸台相互摩擦的问题,进行深入地分析,确定了卷筒的左旋或右旋,介绍了钢丝绳的旋向及如何与卷筒旋向相配合。解决了转炉厂卷筒制造和安装过程中常见的问题。
In light of wire rope jumping out of its slot and its friction with boss due to wrong manufacturing of sense of rotation of drum, in-depth analysis is made to determine the sense of rotation of drum, i.e. counter clockwise or clockwise. The sense of rotation of wire rope is introduced and how to cooperate with sense of rotation of drum is presented, solving common problems of drum during its manufacturing and installation for converter shop.
