摘要 由于长时间、不规律、夜航及其跨时区飞行变化等使飞行人员睡眠不足、易于疲劳、生物节律发生改变,严重影响工作能力,引发飞行安全隐患,飞行疲劳的预防和监控仍是当前航空航天医学研究的重要课题之一。文章综述了国内外有关飞行疲劳的最新进展,分析了疲劳的性质、产生原因,并对几十年来疲劳程序的检测手段进行了回顾,由于人体生理参数受多种内部和外部环境因素的影响,因此对疲劳的测量还缺乏敏感性和特异性。作者准备通过对飞行人员采用监测飞行基本能力的变化来判断飞行人员的身体及心理状况,通过飞行员能力的改变来判断其生理及心理的状态,以达到保障飞行安全,预防飞行事故的目的。
