摘要
近几年 ,中国的“三农”问题日益突出 ,在国内外都引起了高度的重视。农村问题是中国当前最需要解决也是最难解决的问题之一。“三农”问题的核心是农民收入增长缓慢的问题 ,而加入WTO对中国农民收入增加和“三农”问题的解决会有很大的帮助。如果能够达成禁止将粮食作为武器的协议 ,中国粮食进口数量将会大量地增加 。
The rural questions is the focal and difficult point in building the middle-class society, which have already reach common understanding at home and abroad. In the last few years, the problem about Chinese rural area? agriculture and farmer is increasingly outstanding, that caused the high degreed recognition. The rural problem is one of the problems that the most difficult solution and need most to resolve in China today.
