多珠斜向型飞机轮毂滚压加工装置和工艺研究 被引量:1

摘要 飞机轮毂股部(圆弧过渡处)是易形成疲劳裂纹的高应力集中区。针对某工厂现行的飞机轮毂股部滚压加工不能有效地提高轮毂疲劳强度的技术难题,在对现行的直向滚压加工装置作受力分析和结构分析的基础上,设计了一种新的多珠斜向滚压加工装置,并给出了加工工艺、加工技术和工艺参数。理论分析和试验结果表明:新装置保证了滚压加工后压应力区和轮毂工作时的高应力集中区重合,从而使加工出的飞机轮毂的疲劳强度和疲劳寿命得到提高,且可大大延长滚压装置的使用寿命。 The stress concentration area is located around the wheelboss of aeroplanes which is susceptible to developing fatigue cracks, the fatigue strength of which is low and the fatigue life is short. Regarding the key problems that the fatigue strength has not been increased effectively by rolling process in the factory, the actual rolling process and equipment is analyzed and tested in detail. The new design rolling process and the reliable technical parameters to increase the fatigue strength are presented in this paper. The theoretical analyses and the experiments demonstrate that the parameters of the rolling process, especially the pressure, the allowance, the speed, the feed rate and the numbers of the rolling, have an obvious effect on the properties of the wheelboss and have a range of optimum values. Based on the mechanics and structure analyses, the problems of the previous rollin gequipment which has no expected effect, are pointed out, and a new design of inclined rolling equipment with multiple balls is provided. The new design ensures the overlapping of the rolling area and the stress concentration area, as a result, it can increase the fatigue strength and life of the wheel and extend the working life of itself greatly.
