大鼠对氨基酸螯合铁吸收和转运特点的研究 被引量:14

摘要 试验用40日龄Wistar纯系雄性大鼠120只,设定两种日粮背景(纯合日粮和常规日粮),利用直接灌胃技术和放射性同位素示踪技术,通过与相应摩尔浓度的氨基酸与氯化亚铁混合物比较,研究了在正常生理条件下,大鼠对氨基酸螯合铁(以赖氨酸螯合铁和甘氨酸螯合铁为代表)的吸收和转运情况。试验结果表明:①赖氨酸和甘氨酸都能促进缺铁大鼠对铁的吸收、转运和利用。②与相应摩尔浓度的氨基酸和氯化亚铁混合物比较,缺铁大鼠更易于吸收、转运和利用氨基酸螯合铁中的铁,不同组织器官中59Fe的比放射性也支持上述结论。③体内铁营养状况良好的大鼠对氨基酸螯合铁中铁的吸收、转运和利用优于氯化亚铁。④综合分析整个试验得到的结果,可以认为氨基螯合铁是优秀的铁添加剂。⑤放射性同位素示踪结合直接灌胃技术,同时监测血液、红细胞、血清球蛋白和十二指肠中的比放射性的动态变化,能更直接反映被研究铁化合物中的铁被动物吸收、转运和利用情况。 One trail was carried out to research iron absorption,transport and utilization of iron amino acid chelate(Fe-Lys and Fe-Gly)by rats through comparing with the compound of amino acid and FeCl_2 in the same moles of chelate.Rats in normal physiological status were fed two diets,purified diet based on dried skim milk and corn starch and sucrose,and conventional diet based on corn and soybean.The technique of directly perfusing stomach combined with radioactive isotope tracing was used in this study.The results were as follows:①Lysine and glysine could increase absorption,transport and utilization of ferrous in iron-depleted rats.②As compared with FeCl_2 in the same moles of chelate,iron-depleted rats could more easily absorb,transport and utilize iron in iron amino acid chelate,and the same conclusion could be supported by the results of radioactive concentration of different tissues and organs.③Iron of iron amino acid chelate absorbed,transported and utilized by rats,with well iron status,were better than those of FeCl_2.④The results obtained from this study indicated that iron amino acid chelate could be considered as an excellent iron additive.⑤Through investigating dynamic change of radioactive concentration of ^(59)Fe in blood,red cell,serum globin,duodenum,the technique of direatly perfusing stomach combined with radioactive isotope tracing was an appropriate method to study iron absorption,transport and utilization by animals.
