摘要
本文介绍了带有排气旁通增压系统的一台小型高速增压柴油机的试验和计算工作。其结果表明:藉对增压压力的控制,使最大扭矩增加至最大功率扭矩的126.6%。从压气机图可见压气机在主要运行范围内效率均大于70%,但对轻型卡车而言,为了改善瞬变工况的响应能力,K26增压器与该发动机相匹配略显裕度较大。
This paper describes the experimental and calculating work on a small high speed supercharged diesel Engine.The results have shown that by restraining the boost pressure the maximum torque speed decreases to 50% maximum power speed and the maximum torque increases to 126.6% maximum power torque.From the compressor diagram in the main operation range of compressor it is efficiency is greater than 70%.A good matching has been obtained of this engine with K26 turbocharger for light-duty vehicle.
