思想政治教育师范专业人才协同培养的研究现状与实现路径 被引量:1

摘要 思想政治教育协同培养的既往成果为深入研究提供了丰富的资料。但是,应用型高校思想政治教育师范生协同培养路径的专门研究仍显不足。推进思想政治教育师范专业人才协同培养机制创新,必须建立良好的领导体制,造就'一主多辅、主辅互动、协同共进'的多元主体育人态势,创建'多元投入、权责明晰、合作共赢'的多方人才培养平台,推进'改善结构、双向互聘、岗位互换'的师资队伍建设策略,围绕'理论厚实、技能精通、双维发展'的思路加大教改力度。 The past achievements of the collaborative training of ideological and political education have provided rich information for in-depth research.However,the special research on the collaborative training path of teachers professionalsin ideological and political education applied in universities is still insufficient.To promote the innovation of the collaborative training mechanism for teachersn professionalsin ideological and political education,we must establish a good leadership system and create a multi-subjective educating students’situation of'one main,multiple auxiliary,main and auxiliary interaction,and synergy';create a multi-disciplinary talent training platform with'diversified investment,clear rights and responsibilities,and win-win cooperation';advance the strategy of building a team of'improving structure,two-way mutual hiring,and job exchange';increase the intensity of teaching reform focusing on the idea of'theoretically thick,skill proficiency,two-dimensional development'.
