面对快速变化的国际形势,中国的航运物流企业需要充分审视并加快主动应对。2019年5月,美国再次单方面提升对华关税,中方以加征关税回应,两国通过经贸磋商解决关切的前景似乎变得模糊。作为国际贸易的基础性行业领域,航运物流业需要适应环境变化,充分审视并加快主动应对。
Faced with the rapidly changing international situation,China’s shipping logistics enterprises need to examine and accelerate the initiative response sufficiently.Global trade is expected to continue to decline in the second quarter of 2019 from the first quarter as the expansion of trade continues to slow,WTOI said.If the United States were to impose additional tariffs on more than$300 billion of remaining imports from China,it would almost completely offset the WTO’s tax reduction from the tariff level.In May 2019,when the United States unilaterally raised tariffs on China again and China responded with additional tariffs,the prospect of the two countries addressing their concerns through economic and trade negotiations seemed to dim.As a basic industry field of international trade,shipping and logistics industry needs to adapt to environmental changes,fully examine and speed up the initiative response.
