摘要
目的探讨成人血清25-羟维生素D_3[25(OH)D_3]水平与哮喘的相关性。方法选取2013年5月至2014年5月成都医学院第一附属医院呼吸科住院部收治的哮喘患者151例作为试验组,选择同期健康体检者149例作为对照组。使用酶联免疫吸附测定法检测所有受试者25(OH)D_3水平,通过自制改良表格评价患者哮喘控制情况。结果试验组25(OH)D_3水平显著低于对照组[(52.4±20.1)nmol/L比(105.4±22.8)nmol/L,P<0.01];Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级和Ⅲ级哮喘程度患者25(OH)D_3水平分别为(58.5±5.1)nmol/L、(43.6±4.9)nmol/L、(20.5±4.3)nmol/L。Ⅰ级哮喘程度25(OH)D_3水平显著高于Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级哮喘程度患者,Ⅱ级哮喘程度患者25(OH)D_3水平显著高于Ⅲ级哮喘程度患者(P<0.05)。Spearman相关性分析结果显示,25(OH)D_3水平与哮喘病情程度呈负相关(r=-0.672,P<0.05)。结论成人哮喘越严重,其血清中25(OH)D_3水平越低。
Objective To investigate the correlation between serum 25 hydroxy vitamin D_3[25( OH)D_3]levels and asthma in adults. Methods Total of 151 cases of asthma in the First Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu Medical College from May 2013 to May 2014 were included as a trial group,and 149 healthy persons for health examination during the same period were included as a control group. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was used to measure serum 25(OH) D_3 levels to study its correlation with asthma. A selfformed improved form was used to evaluate the asthma control situation. Results 25( OH) D_3 concentrations of the trial group was significantly lower than the control group [(52. 4 ± 20. 1) nmol / L vs(105. 4 ±22. 8) nmol / L,P < 0. 01 ]; 25(OH) D_3 concentrations of primary,secondary and tertiary level asthma patients was respectively(58. 5 ± 5. 1) nmol / L,(43. 6 ± 4. 9) nmol / L,(20. 5 ± 4. 3) nmol / L. The25(OH) D_3 concentration of primary asthma patients was significantly higher than that of secondary and tertiary asthma patients,also the 25(OH) D_3 concentration of secondary asthma patients was significantly higher than that of tertiary asthma patients( P < 0. 05). The Spearman relativity analysis showed that the level of 25(OH) D_3 was negatively related to the condition of asthma( r =- 0. 672,P < 0. 05). Conclusion Adult serum 25(OH) D_3 may be negatively correlated with the onset and development of asthma.
