超声心动图评估射血分数保留的心力衰竭心房颤动患者舒张功能的临床价值 被引量：6

摘要 目的:应用超声心动图评估射血分数保留的心力衰竭心房颤动患者的舒张功能。方法:将36例房颤患者分为LVEF正常房颤组和LVEF减低房颤组,应用超声心动图分别采集各种指标参数,并与正常对照组比较。结果:LVEF正常房颤组与LVEF减低房颤组二尖瓣DT时间、肺静脉D波DT时间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),LVEF减低房颤组与LVEF正常房颤组、对照组二尖瓣DT比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),LVEF减低房颤组、LVEF正常房颤组与对照组二尖瓣E峰加速度、等容舒张时间(IVRT)、肺静脉舒张期(D)波DT时间、E/Vp比值、室间隔E/e’比值比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用超声心动图各项指标综合评估射血分数保留的心力衰竭心房颤动患者左室舒张功能各有优缺点,将各指标联合起来可以提高评估的准确性。
