介绍了玻璃钢圆筒形容器的失效形式并从设计角度分析了导致失效的人为因素。强调了玻璃钢容器规范化设计的重要性,同时针对缠绕成型玻璃钢圆筒形容器从现行标准规范、铺层结构、树脂选择、立式圆筒体壁厚计算等方面进行了重点阐述。
The failure modes of cylindrical FRP vessels are introduced,and the human factors causing failure are analyzed from the design point of view. The importance of normalized design of FRP vessels is emphasized. In addition,the current standard specification,ply structure,resin selection and calculation of vertical cylinder body thickness for filament winding cylindrical FRP vessels are emphatically expounded.
