摘要
目的评价国内关于异维A酸治疗中重度痤疮的临床研究质量。方法通过检索中文数据库主题为"异维A酸治疗中重度痤疮"的临床研究文献,分析文献的随机序列产生、随机化隐藏、盲法、退出或失访等信息要素,根据Jadad评分标准表来评价临床研究质量。结果共纳入文献49篇,Jadad评分结果表明,无4分以上文献,评分为3分的文献有2篇,2分文献8篇,1分文献35篇,0分文献4篇,均不属于高质量临床研究文献。结论国内有关异维A酸治疗中重度痤疮的临床研究质量水平总体较低,有待进一步提高。
Objective To evaluate the quality of Chinese clinical research about isotretinoin in the treatment of moderate to severe acne.Method By searching the Chinese periodical literature from Chinese database, analyzing the randomization, allocation concealment, blinding, withdrawals and dropouts of the research and evaluating the quality according to the Jadad Scale .Result There are 49 documents collected. And there are 2 documents scaled 3, 8 documents scaled 2, 35 documents scaled 1, 4 documents scaled 0 and no document scaled 4 to 7.Conclusion The quality of Chinese clinical research about isotretinoin in the treatment of moderate to severe acne is low and needed to be improved.
