Design of Ferronickel Submerged Arc Furnace

摘要 镍铁冶炼是一种以大功率埋弧电炉为主体设备的冶金工艺,电炉参数的设计是否合理决定了企业生产指标的优劣。随着装备技术与生产工艺的不断提高,对于镍铁埋弧电炉这种工艺复杂,能耗大,非线性的系统,采用合理的设计参数,优化的设备结构,可减少电炉的热停工时间,提高了埋弧电炉的经济效益,可使得镍铁电炉高效节电运行。 Ferronickel smelting is a kind of metallurgical process with high power submerged arc furnace as the main equipment. Whether the design of electric furnace parameters is reasonable determines the quality of enterprise production indicators. With the continuous improvement of equipment technology and production process,for the ferronickel submerged arc furnace,such a complex,energy-consuming and non-linear system, adopting reasonable parameters and optimized equipment structure can reduce the thermal shutdown time of the electric furnace,improve the economic benefits of the submerged arc furnace,and make the operation of the ferronickel arc furnace efficient and power-saving.
