摘要
目的 探讨布加综合征诊断及治疗方法。方法 本组共650例布加综合征病人,分别采取介入加支架、单纯介入、介入加肠腔分流、肠腔分流术、联合术、根治术、腔房转流术、腔肠房转流术、腔肠颈转流术、肠房转流术10种手术方法治疗。结果 随访最长时间9年2个月,术后总生存率96％(627/650),人工血管5年通畅率90％(28/31)。结论 布加综合征病理类型复杂,治疗棘手,需根据不同的病理类型和血管外科技术,采取相应的治疗方法,方能取得良好的效果。
Objective To assess the diagnosis and treatment of Budd- Chiari syndrome. Methods The diagnosis and treatment of 650 patients with Budd - Chiari syndrome were retrospectively analyzed. Different methods were used for the treatment of these patients including intervention technique, stent placement and mesocaval shunt, combined membranotomy, radical resection, cavoatrial shunt, cavo - meso - atrial shunt, cavo - meso - jugular shunt, mesoatrial shunt. Results All patients have been followed up for 2 months to 9 years. The post - operative survival rate was 96%, the patency rate of graft was 90% in 5 years. Conclusion The pathologic types of Budd - Chiari syndrome are complicated. The effect will be satisfactory if proper treatment is used according to the pathological changes.
