摘要
通过分析火车油槽车在夏季高温时卸油后期容易产生气阻断流的影响因素,针对产生的原因,提出了减少卸油量、增大鹤管管径、压力卸车、降低油品饱和蒸气压和降低鹤管安装高度及采用潜油泵等解决方法,在分析了各种办法优劣的基础上,推荐采用潜油泵法。
Through analysis on factors that cause air resistance when train tankers unload oils, solutions are introduced. Various solutions such as reducing unloading volume and increase size of riser are presented in detail. Advantages and disadvantages of the measures are analyzed.
