摘要
以苯丙乳液的微粒作为种子,用丙烯酸丁酯-醋酸乙烯酯作为壳聚合单体。苯乙烯、丙烯酸酯和醋酸乙烯酯三种单体以核壳结构的形式聚合,制备出综台性能明显优于苯丙乳液、乙丙乳液及其混合物的SAV乳液。讨论了SAV核壳结构乳液的合成工艺和性能的关系。研究结果表明,乳化剂用量、乳化剂添加方式和种子用量均是影响乳液性能的重要因素。
A core-shell structure emulsion has been pre-pared by copolymerization of butyl acrylate-vinyl acetate-styrene with styrene-acrylateemulsion particle as seed.The comprehensiveproperties of SAV emulsion obtained is obviouslysuperior to that of styrene-acrylate,vinyl ac-etate-acrylate and their compound emulsion.Therelation between synthesis technology and prop-erties of SAV core-shell emulsion has been dis-cussed.It has been shown that the amount ofemulsifer,charging procedure and amount ofseed are critical factors to the final productemulsion properties.
