纯水作湿磨介质对WC-Co硬质合金性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 以纯水取代常用试剂(酒精、汽油、丙酮、己烷、庚烷等)作湿磨介质,制备WC-Co硬质合金混合料,通过添加抗氧化剂、pH值调节剂、消泡剂等手段,所制备WC-Co硬质合金试样的性能与常用试剂制备试样相当。同时本工艺具有安全性高、成本低廉、对环境友好等特点。 WC-Co cemented carbide blend was prepared by addition of antioxidant,pH regulator and defoamer with pure water as the wet milling media to replace conventional reagents,i.e.ethanol,petrol,acetone,hexane and heptane.The properties of prepared WC-Co cemented carbide sample are the same with that of the sample prepared with conventional reagents.Meanwhile,this process has the advantages of high security,low cost and environmental friendliness.
