全皮下植入式心律转复除颤器在室性心律失常中的治疗进展 被引量:6

摘要 室性心律失常是由各种原因引起的心室节律或频率发生改变而引起的血流动力学异常进而引起相应临床事件的一类疾病。因其发作突然、进展迅速,已成为心脏性猝死最主要的原因。经静脉植入式心律转复除颤器能准确地识别和终止室性心律失常发作,但其操作复杂且手术相关并发症发生率较高。皮下植入式心律转复除颤器是一种不侵入血管及心脏的新型心律转复除颤系统,具有与经静脉植入式心律转复除颤器相当或更佳的治疗效果;且其操作相对简单,手术相关并发症较少,越来越受到临床工作者的关注。现就全皮下植入式心律转复除颤器对室性心律失常的预防和治疗作用做一综述。 Ventricular arrhythmia is a kind of disease caused by the changes of ventricular rhythm or frequency caused by various reasons and causes the hemodynamic abnormality or invariance and then causes the corresponding clinical events. It is the primary reason for sudden cardiac death with the characteristics of attack suddenly and rapid progress. The transvenous implantable cardioverter defibrillator could identify and terminate the onset of ventricular arrhythmia accurately,however,the operation is complex and has a highly incidence of surgical complications. Subcutaneous implantable cardioverter defibrillator is a new defibrillation system which does not invade blood vessels and heart,and has the same(or better) treatment effect comparing with transvenous implantable cardioverter defibrillator. In addition,the application is getting more and more attention by clinical workers for the simple operations and few surgical complications. This paper reviews the preventive and therapeutic effects of implantable cardioverter defibrillator on ventricular arrhythmia.
