营养膳食与妊娠期葡萄糖耐量异常的探讨

摘要 目的研究营养膳食治疗妊娠期葡萄糖耐量异常的临床疗效。方法选取收治的217例妊娠期葡萄糖耐量异常患者作为研究对象,随机分为治疗组109例与对照组108例。对照组给予定期随诊,治疗组在对照组的基础上给予营养膳食治疗,并由专业营养医师定期随访。比较两组分娩前后血糖、妇孕期BMI指数、新生儿BMI指数、妊娠并发症及胎儿并发症。结果治疗组血糖控制效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05);孕期BMI、新生儿BMI低于对照组(P<0.05),妊娠并发症及胎儿并发症明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论营养膳食治疗妊娠期葡萄糖耐量异常效果显著,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To study the curative effect of dietary treatment of gestational impaired glucose tolerance. Methods In our hospital from 2012 September to 2014 June, 217 patients with impaired glucose tolerance during pregnancy as research objects, were randomly divided into control group(109 cases) and treatment group(108 cases). The control group was given regular follow-up, the treatment group was given diet therapy on the basis of the control group, and by a professional dietitian regular follow-up. Blood glucose, BMI index, complications of pregnancy and fetal complications of two groups were compared before and after pregnancy. Results The effect of blood sugar controlling was better than control group(P<0.05); BMI during pregnancy, newborn BMI index was lower than that of control group(P <0.05), complications of pregnancy and fetal were significantly lower than treatment group(P<0.05). Conclusion Effect of dietary nutrition in the treatment of gestational impaired glucose tolerance is significant, and is worthy of clinical application.
