摘要
将能够显著降低水泥胶砂自收缩率的减缩剂应用于高强混凝土 ,考察其对混凝土工作性、强度和自收缩率等性能的影响 ,结果证实该种减水剂同样能够有效地改善高强混凝土的自收缩率 ,显著提高抗开裂能力 ,对混凝土早期强度无不良影响 ,但会轻微降低混凝土 2 8d抗压强度 ,综合考虑各项因素 ,认为该种减缩剂适用于实际工程应用。
The shrinkage-reducing admixtures, which can decrease the autogenous shrinkage rate of high strength Portland cement mortar, were applied to the high strength concrete. The workability, compressive strength and autogenous shrinkage ratio of high strength concrete are investigated. The results show that a kind of shrinkage-reducing admixture effectively reduced the shrinkage of high strength concrete, and improved the resistance to restrained shrinkage cracking, and had no negative influence on the early strength, however, lightly reduced the 28 d compressive strength of high strength concrete. Based on all factors, this kind of shrinkage-reducing admixture can be considered as a good product for field application.
