摘要
目的:了解某机务段机车乘务员(以下简称乘务员)健康状况和疾病谱规律,为制定健康干预措施,促进职工身体健康提供依据。方法:统计分析某机务段机车乘务员健康状况和疾病谱变化规律。结果:机车乘务员体重指数异常呈现逐年上升趋势(P<0.01),脂肪肝、血脂异常、肝功异常有明显差异。结论:应加强职工的健康教育,提高自我保健意识,定期进行健康体检。
Objective:To understand the patterns of health and disease spectrum in a locomotive crew health,in order to provide the basis for health interventions,and promote the health of workers.Methods:The spectral changes of a locomotive crew health and disease were Statistically analyzed.Results:The Locoman abnormal body mass index showed an increasing trend(P<0.01),and fatty liver,hyperlipidemia and abnormal liver function had significant differences.Conclusion:Health education on the staff should be strengthed,to improve their self-care awareness,and also given them health examination regularly.
