摘要
重点患者是发生医疗纠纷较多的一个患者群体,这类患者病情相对复杂、且易发生突然变化,再加上基层医院的自身局限性,使得此类患者的护理风险相对增加。为进一步加强对重点患者的风险管理,降低护理风险发生率,改善护理质量,确保重点患者安全,本文就重点患者护理风险管理的体会介绍如下。
Main point patients is a group of patients with higher rate of medical disputes,in this kind of patients,the condition of them always complex relatively,and sudden changes easily,coupled with the own limitations in the grass-roots hospital,so makes the nursing risk in such patients increasing relatively.In order to strengthen the focus on risk management of patients further,and reduce the risk of nursing,improve the quality of nursing care,to ensure the safety of main point patients.In this paper,we introduces the experience on nursing risk management of main point patients as follows.
