摘要
目的:了解184例透析患者贫血的治疗现状及贫血的相关因素。方法:将透析≥3个月的透析患者纳入研究中,血液透析100例,腹膜透析84例,收集贫血相关因素并进行统计学分析。结果:血透组达标30例,达标率30%,腹透组达标44例,达标率52.38%,结论:豫北农村地区的透析患者的贫血治疗现状并不令人满意。
Objective:To investigate present treatment status and related factors of anemia in 184 cases of dialysis patients.Methods:The study included patients with dialysis treatment for more than 3 months,100 cases of hemodialysis,84 cases of peritoneal dialysis,anemia-related factors have been collected and analyzed statistically.Results:30 cases of the hemodialysis group reached the standard,and the standard-reaching rate was 30%.44 cases of the peritoneal dialysis group reached the standard,and the standard-reaching rate was 52.38%.Conclusion:The present treatment status of anemia of dialysis patients in rural areas of North Henan Province is not satisfactory.
