摘要
目的:探讨膝关节前交叉韧带(ACL)撕裂的MRI影像特征及其诊断价值。方法:观察膝关节损伤患者的MRI图像特征50例,对比关节镜所见,分析ACL撕裂的直接征象和间接征象的灵敏度、特异度、阳性似然比及阴性似然比。结果:MRI诊断ACL撕裂32例,正常18例,灵敏度87.53%,特异度94.44%,阳性似然比15.63,阴性似然比0.132。结论:ACL连续性中断、走行异常及信号异常作为MRI诊断的直接征象,辅以间接征象,能准确地对前交叉韧带的撕裂作出诊断。
Objective:To discuss the MRI imaging features and diagnostic value of anterior cruciate ligament tear.Methods:We observed MRI image features in patients with injury of knee joint in 50 cases,and compared arthroscopic findings,analysis of direct and indirect signs of ACL tear signs of sensitivity,specificity,positive likelihood ratio and negative likelihood ratio.Results:MRI diagnosis of ACL tear in 32 cases,18 cases of normal,sensitivity of 87.53% and a specificity of 94.44%,positive likelihood ratio was 15.63,negative likelihood ratio was 0.132.Conclusion:ACL discontinuity,courser anomaly and abnormal signal as the direct signs of MRI diagnosis,supplemented by indirect signs can accurately to the anterior cruciate ligament tear diagnosed.
