摘要
目的:观察闭合手法复位治疗儿童肱骨髁上骨折的临床效果。方法:2013年8月-2014年8月收治肱骨髁上骨折患儿60例,按照随机抽样分成两组,对照组45例,观察组15例;对照组给予切开复位治疗,观察组给予闭合手法复位治疗,分析两组患儿骨愈合时间和临床疗效。结果:治疗后观察组骨愈合时间2~4周86.67%,多于对照组73.33%(P<0.05);观察组临床疗效中优12例(80.0%),明显多于对照组44.44%(P<0.05)。结论:闭合手法复位治疗儿童肱骨髁上骨折,能够缩短骨愈合时间,创伤小,安全性高,临床疗效显著,具有推广价值。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of closed manipulative reduction in the treatment of children humeral supracondylar fracture.Methods:60 children with humeral supracondylar fracture were selected from August 2013 to August 2014. They were randomly divided into two groups,45 cases in the control group,15 cases in the observation group.The control group was given open reduction treatment,and the observation group was given closed manipulative reduction treatment.The bone healing times and clinical effects of children in two groups were analyzed.Results:The number of bone healing time 2~4 weeks in the observation group after treatment was 86.67%,which was more than 73.33% of the control group(P<0.05).In the clinical effect of the observation group,12 cases(80.0%) were excellent,which was significantly more than 44.44% of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:The closed manipulative reduction in the treatment of children humeral supracondylar fracture can shorten the bone healing time.It has small trauma,high safety and significant clinical curative effect.It has the medical value of popularization.
