摘要
目的:分析陶瓷及纳米复合陶瓷材料对义齿稳定性的影响,评估其理化性能,判断其修复效果。方法:2011年11月-2013年11月收治磨牙缺失患者50例(100颗牙),随机分为对照组与观察组两组,对照组20例(40颗牙),观察组30例(60颗牙)。对照组采用传统陶瓷作为牙冠修复材料,观察组则采用纳米复合陶瓷作为牙冠修复材料,对比两组患者的修复效果及义齿的稳定性。结果:义齿佩戴1个月后,观察组患者咀嚼能力、固位稳定及舒适程度评分均稍高于对照组,且佩戴3个月、6个月后,观察组评分提升幅度更为明显,与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在牙科修复中,采用纳米复合陶瓷作为新型的牙冠修复材料有其强度高、可塑性强、韧性好等优势,值得推广。
Objective:To explore the effect of ceramics and nano composite ceramics on stability of denture,to evaluate the physicochemical properties,and to judge the repair effect.Methods:50 patients(100 teeth) without molar were selected from November 2011 to November 2013.They were randomly divided into the control group of 20 patients(40 teeth) and the observation group of 30 cases(60 teeth).The control group were treated by conventional ceramic as crown repair material.The observation group were treated with nano composite ceramics as dental crown the repairing materials.We compared the effect and stability of denture repair of the two groups.Results:1 month later,in the observation group,chewing ability,stability and comfort scores were slightly higher than those of the control group,and 3 months,6 months after the wearing,in the observation group,score increase was more obvious,as compared with the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In dental restoration,using nano composite ceramics as crown repair material model has many advantages,such as high strength,plasticity,good toughness and so on.It is worth promoting.
