摘要
目的:分析讨论糖尿病合并肛周疾病的术后临床护理方法以及临床疗效。方法:2013年5月-2014年5月收治糖尿病合并肛周疾病患者82例,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组41例。对照组进行常规化的护理治疗,研究组在对照组的治疗基础之上,根据患者存在的身体问题进行有针对性的综合护理。比较两组患者对护理工作的满意度、焦虑评分、抑郁评分以及并发症发生情况。结果:研究组对护理工作的满意度95.12%,对照组满意度68.29%。护理后研究组SDS评分和SAS评分结果均优于对照组。研究组无并发症,对照组中有4例患者发生低血糖,发生率9.76%,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:利用综合化的护理措施对糖尿病合并肛周疾病患者有更好的护理疗效,值得在临床上推广运用。
Objective:To analyze postoperative clinical nursing method and clinical effect of diabetes combined with perianal disease.Methods:82 patients with diabetes combined with perianal disease were selected from May 2013 to May 2014.They were randomly divided into the study group and the control group with 41 cases in each.The control group were given routine nursing treatment.On the basis of the treatment of the control group,the study group were given corresponding comprehensive nursing according to the physical problems of the patients.The satisfaction of nursing work,anxiety scores,depressed scores and complications occurred condition of two groups were compared.Results:The satisfaction of nursing work in the study group was95.12%;the satisfaction of the control group was 68.29%.After nursing,the SDS scores and SAS scores of the study group were better than these of the control group.The study group had no complications.The control group had 4 cases with hypoglycemia;the incidence rate was 9.76%;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing measures have better nursing curative effect on the diabetes combined with perianal disease.It is worthy of promotion in clinical use.
