摘要
急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)是一种由不同原因引起广泛性肺泡毛细血管膜损伤,ARDS的治疗至今尚无特异性治疗。严重感染既是ARDS的高危致病因素,也是常见并发症和死亡原因。重症肺炎合并ARDS会危及患者的生命。本文简要介绍1例无创通气辅助治疗重症肺炎合并ARDS 1例的体会。
Acute respiratory distress syndrome is a kind of generalized alveolar capillary membrane damage caused by different reasons.There is no specific treatment of ARDS.Serious infection is a risk factor of the ARDS, which are common complications and causes of death.Severe pneumonia complicated with ARDS would endanger the lives of patients.This paper briefly introduces the experience of noninvasive ventilation in treatment of severe pneumonia complicated with ARDS in 1 case.
