摘要
目的:调查分析少数民族贫困地区白内障患者小切口非超乳复明手术临床疗效。方法:对432例少数民族地区贫困白内障小切口非超乳复明手术临床调查,分析术后量化指标。结果:术后最佳矫正视力0.3~0.8有319眼(74%),0.8~1.0有113眼(26%),无严重并发症发生。结论:通过小切口非超乳手术治疗白内障,对于少数民族患者是切实可行的。
Objective:To discuss the clinical investigation and analysis of small incision non phacoemulsification operation of poor cataract in minority area.Methods:To clinical investigate small incision non phacoemulsification operation of 432 cases of poor cataract in minority area,and analyze quantitative index postoperation.Results:Postoperative best corrected visual acuity 0.3~0.8 was 319 eyes(74%),0.8~1.0 was 113 eyes(26%).It not occurred serious complications.Conclusion:It is feasible that small incision non phacoemulsification operation treat cataract in ethnic minority patients.
