摘要
目的:研究乌灵胶囊对于老年性晨峰高血压药物治疗的辅助疗效。方法:采用90217型无创动态血压监测仪筛选出154例老年非杓型高血压患者,随机分为乌灵胶囊辅助治疗组(n=78)和未服用乌灵胶囊组(n=76),治疗组服用乌灵胶囊1.2 g,3/d,共治疗12周。研究开始前后分别监测诊室血压和动态血压。结果:1实验组晨峰收缩压(SBP)在治疗后有明显降低(P<0.05),舒张压(DBP)有一定程度下降,但是下降幅度与对照组相比无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2动态血压结果显示,实验组可降低夜间收缩压(P<0.05),但对夜间舒张压无明显影响。结论:患者使用长效降压药物的前提下,服用乌灵胶囊可有效降低晨峰收缩压,提高夜间血压达标率。
Objective:To research the adjunctive treatment effectiveness of Wuling capsule for hypertension in elderly patients. Methods:A total of 154 elderly patients with hypertension were randomly divided into two groups:treatment group(n = 78) treated with Wuling capsule combined with antihypertensive drug and control group(n =76) treated with antihypertension drug alone. The treatment efficacy was compared between two groups. Results:Compared with control group,the morning systolic blood pressure(SBP) in treatment group was significantly decreased(P < 0. 05),while there was no statistical difference in descend range of diastolic blood pressure(DBP)between two groups(P > 0. 05). The night SBP in treatment group was significanly lower than that in control(P <0. 05),but there was no obvious effect on night DBP. Conclusion:On the premise of long-acting antihypertensive drug treatment,the Wuling capsule can effectively decrease the morning SBP,and improve the night hypertension status.
