摘要
选用平均粒径为130μm的乳化粉状炸药为研究对象,在不同条件下对不同装填密度的药床进行了燃烧转爆轰实验,以了解乳化粉状炸药在DDT管内的燃烧特性。光纤探针在DDT管内壁处时,燃烧转爆轰实验中只测得了爆轰阶段的速度信号;而将光纤探针插在药床轴线位置处时,测试到了较为准确的燃烧和爆轰速度信号。DDT管水平放置时,装填密度在0 67~0 89g/cm3的药床都出现了燃烧转爆轰现象;DDT管垂直或倾斜放置时,不同密度的药床都没有发生爆轰,燃烧传播到离点火头不远处熄灭。
In order to understand the combustion characteristics of Powdery Emulsion Explosives(PEE)in DDT tube,the experiments on Deflagration to Detonation Transition(DDT)of PEE beds with an average grain size of 130μm and different loading densities have been carried out under different conditions.There is nothing but to get velocity signals in detonation phase of beds in DDT experiments when the points of optical probes are put nearby the inner wall of DDT tube.However,some exact velocity signals both in combustion and detonation are measured out when the points of optical probes are put nearby the axis of DDT tube.The DDT phenomena occur in PEE beds with loading densities of 0.67~0.89g/cm^3 when DDT tube is placed horizontally. Combustion of PEE beds with different loading densities cannot turned into detonation and come to a dead near igniter when DDT tube is placed vertically or slantways.
